Need second level button to show as current page

Basically, I have a button called Updates with two second level buttons. When clicked, I want the current page button to show as Updates.

installing child theme

Hi I have created about 5 websites with your premium vantage theme. I've realised now that I need to install a child themes on each so that my settings aren't overridden when I update your theme.
