Http Error when uploading Media to Library

I deactivated the Vantage premium theme, installed TwentyFifteen and pictures would upload without the error message. Can you explain why Vantage is preventing me from uploading images to my library.

Blurry metaslider

The metaslider images are all the exact size as I want them to appear - 1080x265, and the metaslider appears perfectly when I save & preview it. Au/12w2-thrive/ The metaslider on my home page is fine... Can you please help.
