The site was working fine till this afternoon. Now, when I type in the site URL viz. www. meddeviceportals.com,
I only see a blank page with the site logo on top.
Hi [email protected]
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
Let us know how you get on

Thanks for the prompt response.
I was trying to implement a short PHP code to force users to login when they go to “Customer Reviews” page. This was not working properly. I was trying the same code in a text widget in header -through – Appearance/Widget when this started happening. I also notice that when I add the text widget there is a “Save” option. When I delete it, which I subsequently did, there is no “Save” option. Does this information help to possibly indicate as this being the cause?
Hi [email protected]
This behaviour is the WordPress Default. The save button is for the widget contents and not for the widget placement in the sidebar. Please check that the code you tried to enter does not still exist in any other file, eg. your theme\child-theme functions.php. Please also try clearing the cache of any optimization plugins you may be using.
