I just updated vantage premium to the current version and now my website is completely down. I am not able to login to wordpress at all or access any available content.

The website is as follows: http://phoenixtopsinc.com

I was able to get back into the WP-login by copying vantage in wp/themes. Working from there…

For the first time I didnt backup things before, this had to happen…
Don’t you guys test your updates before releasing them?

Ok, so far here is what I have come up with. First, if I delete the Theme in FTP I was able to get it to reload. I unistalled vantage and reinstalled to free and it worked…..the moment I updated to premium again it crashed…….

Settings were fine in vantage freemium….upgraded and bam, site down.

Looks like your website is working now…? Can you tell me the exact steps of what you did?
    Thanks

Ok, I use CPanel, so I logged into my File manager and copied the vantage folder to another location. I then deleted the old vantage folder. That got me into WP-login. After I double checked that my theme was deleted, it was so I reinstalled vantage free and activated. Good news, free works, bad news, if I update to premium it crashes again and I repeat.

I’m testing the plugins now to see one by one if there is an issue there. Hope this helps.

Yes, that helped. Thank you. Now we just need someone from siteorigin to tell us how to upgrade to premium….

  9. 10 years, 10 months ago phoenixtops

Yes, that would be great. However upon disabling the plugins and reactivating them…well now I have to redo my forms. Oh well.

Glad I could help you get up and running, somewhat.
