Page empty on frontsite – in admin site i have lay-out

Hello,

I have a website under maintenance here with a strange problem.

In the backend i have an page with lay-out. If i look to the front of that page then i see onnly the header and a image from the pagebuilder that the page is empty. See the image for a visual of what i meen.

Someone on idea what the problem is and how i can solve that.
