I am running Vantage Premium Version: 2.3.3 – so up-to-date as of 25 Feb 2015. I am trying to clone a page, but when I try to do that I only see Theme Define and the Clone: Page or Clone: Posts option is not available.
According to https://siteorigin.com/page-builder/documentation/prebuilt-layouts/ these options should be there.
Please advise.

You’re right, you should be able to clone any existing pages that you’ve created using Page Builder. Can you confirm that the pages you’re trying to clone are Page Builder pages, not just standard WordPress pages?
If your Page Builder pages aren’t showing up, then can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if that fixes the issue? Other plugins can conflict with Page Builder and cause issues. If this does fix the issue, then reenable your plugins one by one to diagnose which one is causing the issue.
