Page building problems

Hi,
I have been having a lot of problems with this plugin but it seems to be the most popular one so I have just been trying to tough it out. Before I explain the specific problems, what I am trying to do is create a 2 symmetrical columns (in layout not in content) page that has 2 large images on the top (one in each column) with no background color. (so when I say, “followed by 2 images” I mean an image on the left and an image on the right column) Then that is followed by 2 images, 2 text boxes, 2 images, 2 images, 2 images. Everything after the 1st 2 large images has a background color but the left side has one color and the right side has another. Sorry if this is extremely confusing, I am just the coder handed this from a designer. Here are my problems:
1. The smaller images (all but the first two) are smaller in width and height but they show up as the same size as the larger image when put in as “full”. I am guessing thats because in both cases full is bigger than the box which they are both held. When I switch it to medium it is smaller than I want and changing the height/width in the text that does not change anything. Also center aligning does not do anything, it is always in the top left. I could add padding but for some reason only padding around the whole image is allowed not specifically left/right/top like I need.

2. Even when I have 0 padding from one row to another there is still about 1px padding. What I want is a color from the second set of images to the last set (including the text, and different color in both columns) but whether I add the text as a second element in a row, or as a different row there is always at least some white space between the two background colors.

3. I have align center in the html but for some reason it is not recognized, my guess is that I need to do that in the CSS.

I have a PDF of the proposed webpage but I don’t have a link to it except for a google drive thing that I can share if I have someone’s email to add to the list. If there is another way for you to see the pdf let me know.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Keenan

I’m sure we can get you up and running here. Phew, it’s a lot to try digest in text. If you can email us the PDF at [email protected] I can advise how best to set this up in Page Builder. That’ll be our fastest way forward I think. Please include a link back to this thread when you email so I can reference the email.

    Thanks :)
