Hi guys, I wonder if you could help me.
I am building a website www.shamandesigns.com.br and I am using Page Builder as one of the plug-ins. The theme is Moesia-Pro and the WordPress version is 4.0. Yesterday I (nov/18/2014) I updated the plug-in (page builder) and something unexpected started to happen. Whenever I have a 2 column row at the top of the page, they do not stay side by side when I first visit the page. In other words, the content on the left column is displayed on top of the content on the right side of the row. They only align side by side once I start scrolling down. I love this plug-in and I wish this could be fixed. I thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Pablo

Sorry to hear about the hassle. I think this will have to go through to the atthemes.com support department. If you check under Plugins I think you’ll see that you’re running a forked version of Page Builder. There is no problem with that, but support for the forked version does need to go to the developers. Hope that makes sense. Let me know if this isn’t the case.

    Hey Andrew,

Thanks for the quick reply and forgive my ignorance, but what do you mean by “forked version”? I checked under plugins and didn’t see any reference to it.

    Thanks again!

    Hi, I Work Here

For sure. Forked means Page Builder has been edited/extended by another developer. Under Plugins please check the Page Builder item there. Does it mention atthemes?

No, it doesn’t mention athemes. What should i do to “unfork” my Pagebuilder? Should I uninstall it and install it again? Would that solve the problem?

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. My mistake then. Apologies. Is the problem reproduceable? If so, please could you create a demo page and send through a link. Assuming of course the site is live. We can delete the url after sending if privacy is a concern.

    Sorry for the delay here.

To speed things up you could also run through the standard steps to check if something comes up:

    1. Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates. Re-test.
    2. Temporarily de-activate all plugins except for Page Builder. Re-test. If the issue resolves then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time, checking the problem.
    3. Test with a default them like Twenty Thirteen.

    Thanks
