Page Builder Version 2.4.23 breaks anchor functionality

After update to version 2.4.23 all my links + anchor redirects to another Page with Page Builder are not working.

e.g.
Site 2   –  <p id=”anchor1″>Title</p>
Site 1   –  <a href=”http://Link to site 2 with PageBuilder/#anchor1″>follow this</a>

All anchors and the related Id’s on the same Page still working.

No functionality with Firefox and Safari, but works with Chrome. IE not tested
