Page Builder Tab Missing

The Page Builder Tab is Missing in the WordPress page editor ( next to visual & text tabs ).

I have disabled all plugins, no fix.

I have switched to the defualt WordPress theme, no fix.

I have re-updated WordPress, no fix.

I have re-installed the Page Builder plugin, no fix.

Any idea’s whats wrong?
