Page Builder tab does not work in WordPress

I am building a new WordPress website using a chrome browser. I am following instructions graciously provided by Greg Narayan https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYF23mCGiDw.

I have installed 6 plugins suggested (Lightweight Social Icons, Meta Slider, Page Builder by SiteOrigin, SiteOrigin CSS,
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, WP Video Lightbox).

When I begin to edit the Front Page I see the tabs: Visual, Text & Page Builder. When I click on the Page Builder tab, an impressive popup window opens with documentation on Page Builder by SiteOrigin. If I scroll down, there is a deactivated button at the bottom left corner which dimly reads “Latest Version Installed.” The button is not active.

I double checked the Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin and it is activated.

When I close the popup window by X-ing out in the upper right corner, the same Page Builder by SiteOrigin popup window opens again if I try to use the tab.

Thanks for any suggestions in getting around this window to use the Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin. This looks like an awesome tool for building a website! Thanks!
