Page Builder tab does not show up

I use the twenty-eleven wordpresstheme.
I installed pagebuilder ,newest version , activated it and try to use it but the tab does not show. Not when I want to edit pages and not when I try to edit a new page.
I have already uninstalled all other plugins.
What can be the problem ?

    Please try updating WordPress to 4.0 and see if the issue then resolves.
