Page Builder Tab Dissappears

Hi,
Need some help. Am having a similar issue to the person under this thread: https://siteorigin.com/thread/page-builder-on-posts-but-disappered-from-pages/

When I sign into wordpress on my laptop and go to edit page there is no page builder tab next to ‘visual’ and ‘text’. Just a random box underneath which says page builder but has no function.

I have made sure: settings – page builder pages is ticked.
I have also tried to check settings for the page as per the answer to the other thread I mentioned above but the ‘screen options’ and ‘help’ in the top left of the screen when under edit page are grayed out and don’t do anything when I click on them…

We tried it out on the tablet and mobile and it seems to be working fine on them.
We tried creating a new page on the laptop and it works fine until after the first publish then disappears again
Nothing changed from the hour or two we were using it until it stopped working – nothing was updated, no new widgets were downloaded etc. The only thing that happened was the WiFi cut out while a page update was happening and once it came back on and we refreshed, the page builder tab was gone…

Any help would be much appreciated.
