Page Builder Section Will Not Save Changes

Good day,

When I am working on a specific page and in the Page Builder section for editing I am selecting “edit” on Text with Button. When the screen comes up to edit the Text with Button everything is blank; however, I know there is information stored. If I close the screen and click on “edit” for the second time, only then will the screen reopen and have the information appear in the blanks. If any modifications are made to this screen I am unable to select “Save”. It does allow me to select the “Cancel” button or select the X to close the screen out; however, there is no way to save edited information. I have tried deactivating Plug-ins and still have no success in being able to modify the Text with Button for only this one page. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
