Page Builder / Revolution Slider widget problem

I have:
WP 4.3
Theme: Customizr Pro 1.2.5
PB 2.2
Rev Slider 5.0.8

Symptom: Slider with 3 images only displaying #1

I am using the PB Revolution Slider widget to insert the shortcode. I have
– disabled all plugins (except RS): Added shortcode to test page 1. RS works OK
– activated PB: Added shortcode into widget. Symptom occurs
– set up test page 2, added shortcode using Text editor not PB (but PB is Activated). RS works OK.

Supplied a test url. Pages can be seen in rhs PageB Error menu option.

    Widget compatibility with Page Builder is a challenge that usually needs to be dealt with by the widget developer. We’ve written a widget compatibility guide here: https://siteorigin.com/docs/page-builder/widget-compatibility/. If you’re feeling up for it; getting in touch with the Revolution team and highlighting this challenge would be the best way forward.

    (Your bug report is nicely put together. The last thing you can do is to test with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen activated. So this test: activated PB: Added shortcode into widget. Symptom occurs, but with Twenty Fifteen.)
