As of yesterday I was not able to scale images within WordPress. When I go to scale an image in the media tab in edit image I get NaN opposite the number I input. Due to this problem I went through and deactivated all my plugins and then activated them one by one. By doing this it seems that page builder is the plugin causing this problem. Is there a way to fix this?

This is a very strange issue. So far I haven’t been able to recreate it in my testing environment. A few questions:
– What browser are you using?
– What version of WordPress are you using?
– Do you get this issue when only Page Builder is enabled, and no other plugins?
Hopefully I’ll be able to get to the bottom of this.
I am using chrome as my browser and my WordPress version is 3.8.1. I did have the issue when only page builder was enabled, that was how i figured out there was a problem. Hope you are able to find a solution.
I think I might need to get login details to sort this out. Would it be possible to create a temporary admin account and send them to [email protected]. Make sure to reference the URL of this ticket so we can keep track of everything.
I do not think this is the correct place to post this, but if you could tell me how and where to place this request I will do so. If I have not already, I will gladly pay for the plugin or your support, but I do need help with an issue I am having with your Gallery (PB) plugin on my site. First, under the gallery there is extra code and second, the lightbox effect does not work. It works from the attachment page, but I would like to know how to delete the attachment page so the lightbox effect is the default.
