Installer Page Builder Plugin problems
Hi! Page Builder plugin is causing problems on my website. I use Sydney theme , and plugins recommended are activated. But the Page Builder plugin is causing problems. Until yesterday it was all perfect. But since yesterday I have a big problem: to access “visit my site” through wp / admin, the page keeps loading, and cannot see my web. Therefore, I cannot work on it. I tried to disable each plugin, one by one, to see which of them was causing the problem. When I turn off Page Builder plugin, I can see my page. So I guess the problem is in that plugin. I also tried to disable each plugin while Page Builder plugin is working, to see if it is incompatible with one another. But the problem was only solved when I turn off Page Builder plugin. And this plugin is essential for the design of the web, so I cannot think of anything else to do.
I’ve also updated WP, and I have reinstalled the version of WP, but the problem remains the same. For more information, I disabled my Adblock Plus Google Chrome for my website . The problem continues. I have also tried opening my web administrator on an incognito page . The problem continues. Any ideas on what might be happening? Thanks in advance! Sorry to hear about the hassle.
Please, can you confirm. Is there a problem when all plugins are de-activated at once, except for Page Builder. The important part of this test is that all plugins, except Page Builder are de-activated at once.

Checked , all plugins disabled , except Page Builder. The problem continues.
On my website , for now (and I’m still working on the design ) I have activated the following plugins:
– Maintenance
– Contact Form 7
– Importador de WordPress
– Shortcodes Ultimate
– SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
– Sydney Portfolio
– Types
Some of them are recommended directly by Sydney Theme. As you see , so far I have not needed many plugins activation since the Sydney Theme is an excelent free template , thanks to its recommended plugins and especially Page Builder , you can work easy and fast design . Of course, now I encounter this problem. It’s weird, because I ‘ve been working for two weeks in the design of the web , with the same plugins activated . Something has happened, but I do not know how to fix it .
On Sydney Theme forum , they recommended me to deactivate some catching plugin ( plugin Askimet had enabled by default, but I have removed it) . They also told me I should install Theme again , and activated Page Builder again . After all that , the problem continues.
Any more ideas ? I really like this template , I would not have to change.

Could do try one more test to try isolate the challenge? Try testing with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and all plugins except Page Builder de-activated.
The idea, as you’ve noticed, is to remove everything until the problem resolves. We then add elements back until the problem occurs again.
I already did it. I installed and activated the Theme you ‘ve told me, and all plugins are disabled , except Page Builder. Now I can see my website , from ” visitar mi sitio” through wp -admin . What’s next?

Does the problem immediately return when you switch back to Sydney?
Solved with the new template that you have shown me . Now I return to Sydney Theme, and the problem reappears. :/

If at all possible, try get aThemes to take a look before doing that. Just going on our own experience, it’s challenging resolving a problem if we can’t see it. I can appreciate time constraints, so, if this is an option, then it would be helpful to their team.
If you’d like, with Sydney activated, go to a Page Builder page and check for JavaScript errors, that might help:

Re-installing the theme is worth a try if you haven’t done so already. Switch to another theme, delete Sydney, then re-install.
I also did that. I changed the Theme, after I uninstalled Sydney Theme , and then install it again . But the problem continued.
I use Google Chrome. Pressing Ctrl + Shift + J. (to check for JavaScript errors), I can see these errors:
