Page Builder option disappeared on specific page

I edited a specific page on my client site using Page Builder.
Many successful edits and updates with no problem.
I have 4 more additions and tweaks I need to make and when I went to access them, the edit page now only displays in the “text” tab and the Page Builder layout does not show up.

Issues seem to potentially be similar to those in this thread: Live Editor Is Not Working
But my console messages are not at all the same. (I have a screenshot to share if needed.)
I am able to access Page Builder from other pages that were created using it and the option shows up successfully on new posts.
It really seems to be exclusively affecting this page: http://www.bondageexpodallas.com/schedule (password: ‘test’)
Fortunately, I was able to commit my edits before Page Builder disappeared but I am now effectively unable to edit.

Just before the issue occurred, I did delete some plugins that had been in use on the page in question. But I also removed reference to them on the page before uninstalling the plugins. Just trying to brainstorm anything relevant that could have affected this situation.
