Page builder only works on editing posts, not on editing pages (home page etc)

Hi, I have previously been using page builder with no problems for my other website, in a new website I am doing I see page builder does not work in editing/creating ‘Pages’ but only in ‘posts’…

widgets dont work, nor I can take colums out once I put them in , the ( – ) does not work.

I have tried to deactivate all my plugins but the page builder, it didnt work.
Also I have tried reinstalling the plugin, still no luck …

Any help ? let me know what I can do…

    Hi Fabian

    Let’s try run through a few steps, hopefully one will pop:

    1. Run any pending updates from Dashboard > Updates. Re-check.
    2. Head to Settings > SiteOrigin Page Builder, ensure Pages and Posts are checked under the post types heading.
    3. De-activate all your plugins except Page Builder at once. Re-check.
    4. Create a new page, does the same issue still happen with a new page.
    5. Switch over to a default theme like Twenty Fourteen and re-test there.
