    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Kreukniet

Sorry to hear you’ve run into a problem. Please try the following steps to begin troubleshooting:

    1. Run all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates. Re-test.

    2. Temporarily de-activate all plugins except for Page Builder. Re-test. If the problem is still not resolved try rolling back to an earlier revision. You might also try creating a new page and seeing if the problem persists.

    3. In the event you don’t see a change through the above steps please try creating a new page with the default theme Twenty Thirteen and see if the problem persists.

i see that more customers have this problem.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. Can I confirm that you tested Page Builder with all other plugins de-activated and with a default theme like Twenty Thirteen? If you did do this test, what problems did you see with Page Builder?

  4. 9 years, 10 months ago Kreukniet Bouw

yes i have test it. also with another theme.
what i see is that after i set up my page and i want to save it, after saving the page looks like it’s in his default setting.
all the rows are not equal sepparated. if i have 3 widgets in one row they must be 33.3% each and after saving it is 0% each.
and after saving there are 2 new rows automaticly added ????
and if i save the page again, there are 2 more rows added automaticly???

    so what to do?

    Hi, I Work Here

Before I take a look. Please could you use your browser’s developer console to check for Javascript errors. Check before and after saving a page in Page Builder.

    Here is how:

    Thanks

    Hi,

I solved the problem with debugging wp-config.php.
One question only. Do I have to erase define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true); ? in wp-config.php?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi spotdb

It’s best set SCRIPT_DEBUG to false for a production website.

    All the best.
