Page Builder – not working correctly – not displaying text

Lets see if I can explain in more detail.

Previously had an issue where PB was not updating the text or editor in WP – therefore the SEO by Yost would not work.

Just updated a few products and the above now works perfectly.

Upload the product and the Product Description does not show. I guess this will be the same for all content that may have been uploaded. I am using the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget.

It only affects that updated product not all the old ones.

I disabled the PB plugin and the Product Description displays perfectly.

Enable PB again and the description disappears.

I have left it enabled so you can see it on the link below.

    Hi Simon

    Hopefully I’m with you here. Page Builder doesn’t currently, to my knowledge, work well with WooCommerce post types. I wouldn’t recommend using Page Builder for WooCommerce products. You can turn Page Builder off for the product post type by un-checking that option at Settings > SiteOrigin Page Builder – un-check Products under Post Types.

    Page builder is so good in allowing playouts etc that I will continue to use it during build and then turn off the products each time. (If I remember). Will the proposed update change this – ie it will work with Woocommerce?

    There has been more feature enhancement in Page Builder for the 1.6 release than ever before. There unfortunately hasn’t been work done in this area. I think it’ll be best to run 1.6 when it comes out and then re-test. The enhancements there might resolve this.
