Im getting a big error on my new site. Basically I cannot update any page, the page template option is gone. Everything was great until 1 hour before im suppose to launch I activated the wp super cache & yoast plugin. Now page builder wont work at all, nor can the plugin be removed. This seems to be a documented issue with page builder, I deleted those 2 plugin but still no resolution. Things a really busted, other seem to have run into similar issues. Im leaning towards a cache issue, currently updating via phpMyAdmin & that doesnt seem to work either. ill be building a development site to try things…

Hi Repsoul
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
This is a private message.
Mission complete you should have received an email…
Hi Repsoul
Thanks for all the details. I took a look around, everything is ok for new pages, just not for existing pages. We’d love to help out further. You’re running a fork of Page Builder, if you check under Plugins you’ll see that you’re not running SiteOrigin Page Builder, even though the support link still goes to our forum. Support should go to the developers.
Sorry we don’t have better news.
crappers! though it appears other have this issue with your plugin after searching through the forums. Would you have any suggestions perhaps? I built a test environment
Sorry for the bad news, wish I had some more helpful feedback. Ideally we’d like the theme developers to be supporting the original plugin, SiteOrigin Page Builder. We now have developer documentation up for both Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle.
The nature of WordPress and plugins makes it hard to bundle problems into one. I hear you in that on our previous thread other users also were seeing a problem, but it’s really seldom that two setups are the same, we’d need to check theirs out too.
It’s up to you what to do from here. You can reach out the plugin developers, it’s their fork so it’s up to them to support it. Alternatively, you can setup a testing site and look at possibly migrating your content over the Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
