I have Page Builder installed on our website and I’m not having any problems with it, however, one of my administrators doesn’t have it as a choice in his page edit toolbar. It shows up at the bottom of the page for him though. I found this out after he sent me a screenshot. I’ve got a question in to him as to what happens if he clicks on the bar at the bottom of the page, but I’m waiting on the answer. The problem came to light because he tried to edit the page and updating did not show any changes to the website. However his new text was in his page editor. He emailed me to ask why it wasn’t working and of course it worked for me. It took the screenshot for me to understand that we weren’t using the same interface. I don’t think it can be a plugin incompatibility if it works for me, can it? If so, how? I’ve asked him if he has javascript disabled in his browser and I’m also waiting to hear back from him on that. Could javascript be the problem?

Were you able to find out any further info? The Page Builder tab dropping below the main editor is almost always a JavaScript issue. Plugins are usually the cause of this but a browser setting could also be to blame.
