page builder Not showing on home page as it is showing in back office

Hi

do not know what happened as I was working on the site and some devguy helped me but suddenly the page builder started to mess up…
it is not showing widget I chose
it is showing widget I chose but in a mess, meaning not as it is organised on the back office

what should I do?

p.s.
i did check plugin clash and it help a bit, but there are more messing widget location on the front end

    Hi goog-LD

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    As you guessed, plugins are most likely the cause here. I’d try the following:

    1. Run all pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.

    2. De-activate all plugins except Page Builder and re-test. Also re-test with a new page. If the issue resolves, carefully re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.

    3. If the above doesn’t get to the root of the problem, try the same testing with all plugins except Page Builder de-activated, but this time with a default theme like Twenty Fourteen activated.

    Thank you Andrew, however, I have de-activate all plugins except page builder and still nothing changed…
    but maybe this will help you as I think I can see exactly what is the problem…
    well… now I have learn that the main issue is as follows:
    when I am playing with the location of each row on the home page builder then the problem accrued.
    if the row with the “Embedded Video (BP)” is at the bottom of the home page builder then the row with my 3 images grid(Shop, Gallery,Blog) is all in one line as it is now, however, if I move the row with the “Embedded Video (BP)” even one line up(meaning drag it, then the 3 images grid is changing location and they are not in the same line…

    Thanks for the info. Ok, tough one.

    1. If you switch to the theme Twenty Thirteen, does the problem persist or can you then save a layout?

    2. Is Page Builder on version 2.0.3?

    3. Does the problem occur if you create a new page or just on existing pages?

    4. When using Page Builder, can you see any JS errors?
