Page Builder not show

In the website I can see the Page Builder click “edit” and edit the text but my clients can not see it, they see the original WordPress editor and not the Page Builder tool.
What is wrong and how to fix it?

    Hi Michal

    So to confirm, the Page Builder tab is visible to you, next to Visual and Text but not to your clients? Is there a chance that under Settings > Page Builder you only have say Pages ticked and they are looking for the tab in a post?

    Hey, I think they did not change to the Page Builder tab, I asked them to change to the Page Builder tab.
