Page Builder not creating divs for the rows and columns

Hi,
I ‘ve been using Page Builder on a website I set up a couple of months ago and it’s been great.
Today I installed it on another site and it’s not doing the work – in the admin area everything looks fine but in the actual website all the rows and columns are discarded and their content (only text by the way) appears in one paragraph in section class=”entry”.

Both websites are using the same versions –
WordPress 4.2.2 / Page Builder 2.1.2 / TinyMCE Widget 2.2.4

    I have enjoyed using the plugin in the website in which it’s working but since I’m not getting a reply, I am going to have to check other page builders because I have clients waiting to see the website coming on.
    If, when you get to my post, you need to see what actually happens, I will be happy to create a user for you.

    I apologize, have tried another page builder and the same problem appears. It looks like the issue is caused by the theme – your page builder is still 5 stars.

    Thanks for keeping us updated. If you’ve tested SiteOrigin Page Builder and the theme with no other plugins activated and are sure it’s the theme you could then check for JavaScript errors in the admin to see if anything pops up:

    It sounds like Page Builder is being prevents from saving correctly. As a result the grid isn’t being outputted.
