Page Builder not compatible with Prophoto Theme

I installed Prophoto 2 weeks ago and am finding problems with the plugin Page Builder. I wont allow me to upload photos is the biggest thing. Is there anything I can do? Or is there another page builder plugin that is similiar to this one? And/or will it apply all of the changes I have done so I don’t have to redo them all again?

Thanks :)
April

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi April

Thanks for using Page Builder. Where are you trying to upload these photos? Are you getting any sort of error message when you try to upload them? Hopefully this is something we can investigate and fix.

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for the reply. I’m uploading them in pages > insert media > upload. It doesn’t come up with an error message, just doesn’t load.

It stays like this and doesn’t continue to load. I have to deactivate the plugin to load my pics in media now :( as I tried another page builder plugin and the same thing happened – won’t upload pics.

    Hello, April Waith.

Excuse me meddle in the matter. But I think that I believe there is a solution, because I’ve been through something similar. But does not seem to be with the Page Builder SiteOrigin. Proof that when you use other also is the same.

It’s strange he did not present “error messages”. However, the problem may be related to one of these below:

    1 → Extension unrecognized
Perhaps the photo of the extension is not recognized by WP. Try to save as JPG, JPEG, PNG …

2 → The image must be very large.
Check how many MB in size this weighs. If this is the case, the best way for solving the problem would be saved again at a lower resolution. So, your picture would be accepted by the WP, which is perhaps finding difficulty uploading.

3 → Your server must be packed.
sometimes, the server gets crowded (mostly with backups) and this should be deleted. If you do not have access to your server via FTP, look for someone who has, and check if the folder contains many softaculous_backups bakups files.

Let me know if succeeded. And if you can not tell me any previous history, for example: since when facing the problem. Or what you did or installed something.

    Hi Lucas.

Yes, I found it stopped working when I installed Prophoto. I contacted them about it but all they’ve been able to advise is to contact the developer of the plugin Page Builder.
The photos that I am uploading are the same size that I’ve always uploaded. Just have issues now.

    Thanks!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi April

Unfortunately it’s quite difficult for us to test with commercial themes. I’ll see if I can get hold of a testing copy though.
