Page Builder is not saving changes when I click done and goes to blank screen

Theme: Vantage Prem.
Plugin: Page Builder

Hi Greg, I sent you an email with the details to log in – I am having a similar issue since updating my wordpress. I have disabled all the plugins twice and have lost all the customization, as well. I am in the midst of promoting my book and really need help to figure out why I can update using page builder. When I make a change, I click “done” and it returns it to a blank screen and the only way to exit from it is to click the x to close – and it doesn’t save any of the new changes. I have tried everything I thought could be wrong. I checked the database, the files, error logs, and nothing unusual has happened that I can see. I have only added two new plugins in the past few months – so I also deleted them – besides the deactivation of everything else – to see if that helped. Still nothing. All the other plugins – except for two or three – where already installed prior to buying your premium theme and page builder and I never had an issue until now. Let me know via email your thoughts.     I do not know where to find my Premium Code – perhaps in the receipt? I sent the details to log in to Greg, but if someone else is going to look after this, please let me know asap and I will send you the details as well.

    I just wanted to update you: I believe it’s the visual editor in the page builder that is the issue. I used the text (arbitrary or html option) and it saved it when I clicked done. But it’s not as convenient as using the the Visual Editor. I am wondering if it is the: Black Studio TinyMCE Widget or the Ultimate TinyMCE that is causing an issue since updates were installed? I never had an issue with them before – and I deactivated them and couldn’t even use the Visual Editor as a result – and I updated them again and still have the issue. I will see if there are alternatives I can use that work while I wait to hear from you.

    I am certain it’s the Visual Editor – specifically the TinyMCE – and when I deactivate it, it will not let me use the visual editor in page builder – and when it’s activated, it still won’t save my work when I click done. It still goes to the blank screen, and the visual editor window stays up (blank) until you click the x on the top right. Never had this issue before the updates for Vantage and it’s plugin/widget updates. Is there an alternative to TinyMCE I can use to test? I really don’t want to be using the “text” widget in Page Builder, that would be torture. LOL :)

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    Black Studio TinyMCE (Visual Editor widget): http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/ has a lot of Page Builder support built into it, as a result it’s our TinyMCE widget of choice. Try these steps:

    1. Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.
    2. De-activate all plugins except for Black Studio and Page Builder. Re-test. If the issue is resolved, re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.

    Hi – I am having the same issues as storytellerlise using the same combination of plugins.
    I changed some prices that I display for my products on my website ( Was meant to be on special for one day ) but have been unable to change and update the pages since. This problem came into effect since I updated WordPress. I have installed all the updates and tried all that you have suggested but nothing works. I am having to honor the discounted prices and because of this I’m loosing tons of money. Please advise urgently..
