Page Builder is downloaded and activated but app itself is unavailable.

I’m not entirely sure what it could be, but I have deactivated all other plugins one by one, to see if it is a compatibility issue. Then I deleted and reinstalled the plugin, yet nothing seems to be working. I also checked that it is compatible with the themes and wordpress upgrades. So I have no idea why it isn’t working. I checked my other wordpress account and page builder is working fine.

Any ideas?
