Page Builder / Hero Widget is blank when published

Hi.

I am working on a website (locally/offline) with the Moesia theme (A-Themes).
I’m having an issue with the Page Builder and the Hero Widget which turns out as a blank space when published…. I can’t figure out what’s wrong, but it’s driving me nuts!! ;-)
If I resize the window after publishing the hero image appears, but it is not responsible and full width as in the preview.

I have uploaded a short video screencast to better describe the issue. Please note that I am using the “Sports template” and do not change anything – and it still shows nothing.

Please see my video screencast (51 sec.)

(I test the template preview first to compare it to the issue)

Are you able to assist me without the live site?

Best Regards,

Kristoffer Linus Lauritzen

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Kristoffer

Would it be possible for you to quickly check if you get this same issue with a default WordPress theme? Moesia is a great theme, and everything should be working properly, but it’s possible that there’s some sort of conflict going on there.

    Hi Greg.

Merry Christmas, by the way :-)
    Thanks for getting back quickly.

I checked with WordPress default themes Twenty Fifteen and Twenty Fourteen. Here the hero image appears instantly, so I think it might be a conflict between Moesia and Page Builder. I’ve started a thread with A-Themes support too.
I also tried another theme I had installed – Advent by FruitThemes and experienced a similar issue, but only when choosing the “Front Page” template, as I have in Moesia. Don’t know if that could be of any help?

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for reporting. We’re unsure why this might be the case. Hopefully, AThemes can shed some light on the challenge.
