Page Builder – Formatting Not appearing on Front-end

Hello, i downloaded the page builder plug in on my site and tried using it to create a “confirmation page’.
I wrote a salespage with the visual editor with some formatting and effects. but they are not showing on my front end, only plain text without the font colours and other formating. I’ve refreshed the page over and over but nothing is changing.

    Hi Richard

    You’ll need to decide whether to work in the Visual editor or in Page Builder on a given page. You aren’t able to work in both. So in this case if you want to use Page Builder, delete your contact from the Visual tab and build your page in the Page Builder tab. If you need a visual editor for Page Builder we recommend: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/. Once installed search for Visual Editor in the add widget pane.

    I just deleted the page and created a new one right from the visual editor widget in the page builder but still the formats are not appearing, still the plain text without the colours. I’m using Pitch theme on my website.

    Is the Black Studio Visual Editor functioning in any way? Does it insert a link or an image for example?

    yes i just added an image…..but i’m just thinking, i have black studio visual editor and tinyMCE advanced plugins all active. Could that be the cause, as in could they be conflicting?

    Yes, that could be a problem. Try disabling all plugins except for Black Studio and Page Builder and see if the issue resolves. Also ensure there are no updates pending under Dashboard > Updates.
