Page Builder edit row/ top border colour

10 years ago · Last reply by Daniel 10 years ago

I updated the latest version of WordPress Vantage theme; now can’t get a full width top border colour in Page Builder/edit row. Does anyone have a solution to this please?

Thanks

    Hi Gordon

    I have had a look at your site and can see borders at the top of your panels. Can you confirm that you have fixed the issue

    Thanks

    Hi Magnus
    Thanks for your reply
    Yes the border covers only the centre box, I want to to go right across the page as before

    Hi Gordon

    The only way to get it to go right across the page would be to set the PageBuilder row to be full width stretched.

    Edit the row in PageBuilder, click the layout tab on the right and select ‘Full Width Stretched’ for row layout.

    You should note that this will move your sidebar to below the row.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Magus,

    Yes tanks for that but it dos not solve my problem !

    Have a look at another site http://nationwide-conservatory-cleaning.co.uk and you will see that the borderline is across the full width of the page

    Hi Gordon

    The border shown on the example site you link to is a PageBuilder full width row layout. If you inspect the row containing the top border you will see

    .layout-full .panel-row-style {
        margin: 0 -1000px;
        padding: 25px 1000px 25px 1000px;
    }

    Having a full width stretched row is the only solution. If you add a full row stretched to the page then we can have a look and give the correct settings to give you the layout you need.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Gordon

    I have checked the site you are referring to. For that guy to achieve that look they Add a row and set it to Full Width Stretched and included the top border color.

    Kindly let us know where you encounter difficulties in implementing this.

    @Magus the input has been appreciated

    Cheers
