Page Builder does’t work

Hello,
I’m working on a local server. I downloaded the Page Builder plugin and I tested it on more themes such as: Vantage, Flat Theme, and now on Twenty Thirteen. It doesn’t work on any of them. In plus, when I activate this plugin, I can’t drag and drop my widgets anymore on the widgets interface. I have no idea what’s going on and how could I solve this problem. Has anyone has this issue so far?
Really thanks for your help.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi maxianna

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if Page Builder starts working? It is possible for errors/incompatibilities with other plugins to break Page Builder.

If that fixes the issue, then you can try reenabling plugins one by one to find the culprit.

    Hi Greg,
Thanks for your answer. I disabled all the plugins and it still doesn’t work. My widgets don’t drag and drop and, on the editor page, I have a Page Builder accordion menu that is not active. I have no idea what else I can do here. I am quite new in WordPress, so any suggestions would be very welcome.

    Hi, I Work Here

One other thing to check, are you sure you’re using Page Builder by SiteOrigin? There are a few other page builder plugins – including some that have forked older versions of our plugin.

This is the documentation for Page Builder which should help you ensure you’re using our one.

After you’ve checked all that, we can look a little deeper into what could be causing the issue.

Actually that’s marked on the plugin : “Page Builder by SiteOrigin”.

I checked out the documentation and the interface doesn’t correspond to what I have. As I said before, my plugin displays only an accordion menu, which is disabled. On the other side, I can’t say if it looks like this because it doesn’t work, or because it’s not the good one. When I search for Page Builder via the Plugin interface that’s the first that comes out: Page Builder by SiteOrigin. How could I check if it’s the original plugin?

I reinstalled the plugin Page Builder by Site Origin, I disabled all the plugins, but the history repeats. Any time I activate Page Builder, it blocks everything on the widgets interface. I don’t have any idea why this happens. Could be something wrong with my WP configuration? I wonder if someone ‘s ever had this problem.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi maxianna

Apologies for the delay here. The final check to complete is to check Page Builder, with all plugins de-activated and running a default theme like Twenty Fourteen, give that a try.
