Page-builder I have not added an extra tab, you can tell why this might be?

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Usually as a result of a plugin conflict. Please try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-testing. If the issue resolves, re-activate your plugins one by one, after each activation, re-check the problem.
