when i create a new page/post, i can only fill in (html) text, but I can’t it see in visual.

I’m not quite following your question, let’s run through a few things:
a. If the Page Builder tab is not appearing on individual pages in WP then head to Settings > Page Builder and ensure Pages are ticked.
b. When you edit a page you can choose between working in Visual and Text tabs OR Page Builder. You can’t work in both. Once you add content to Page Builder it shouldn’t be edited in Visual or Text tabs.
