Page builder does not work

I have a little problem with the last version of Page builder. It no longer works correctly if I just changed anything.
And it looks like this:

Nobody would be that it is the cause?

    Hi, I Work Here

I have heard of this issue before, but haven’t been able to get to the bottom of it. Are either of you getting any Javascript errors? Here’s how you can check.

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis

Assuming you’re using Page Builder on more than one page, are you getting this on all pages, or just a single page?

I’d like to see what data Page Builder is dealing with. Can either of you email me an export of your page content? Just navigate to Tools > Export in your WordPress admin. Create an export of just your pages (again, assuming you’re only using Page Builder for your pages). Email me the file to [email protected] – just let me know the title of the page you’re having the issue on.

    Hello Greg,

I thank you very much for your answer.

According your javascript diagnosis, i have no javascript error.

Yes i have the problem with all the page of my site….

I sent you an email with an export of my page…

I hope that can help you to find a solution.

I thank you very much in advance for you work.

    Just a word again.

When i save the page with the NaN%, all the set up of the page is destroyed.

To correct this fact, i move the column to correct the dimension (the dimension reappair… for example 50%)
When i save the page the dimension disappair (NaN% again) but the set up of the page is OK on my site.

May be that can help you…

    Best regards,

    Dominique

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi Dominique. I’ve also seen this error and it was caused by a plugin conflict. Please try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins, then check to see if the issue is resolved. If it was then re-activate your plugins one at a time to find the culprit.

I found the origin of the problem : Media File Manager Advanced. If I enable this extension, Page Builder doesn’t work.

    Hi, I Work Here

Glad you managed to find the solution. Page Builder deploys widget areas and widget in a way not always expected by plugin developers, as a result not all plugins are compatible. If you have a moment, please drop the plugin developer a message and let them know, hopefully over time the compatible group of plugins will become larger. Thanks for letting us know of your update.

Media File Manager Advanced was a plug-in test, no vital. I will try to report this problem. Thank you for paying attention to my problem.

    Hi, I Work Here

I had a quick look at Media File Manager Advanced. I can’t quite tell why there’s a conflict, but one possibility is that it’s using its own bundled version of jQuery UI. I’ll start creating a list of known incompatible plugins so I can generate warnings within the WordPress admin.

    Thanks for letting us know!

Dominique, you might be able to fix the issue by following a similar plugin deactivation process.

    Hello,

    Super !!
I thank you very much for your informations !
Effectively, Media File Manager Advanced was the cause of the problem.
It’s not a vital Pulgin for me. I disabled it.

Thank you again for your work and for your advice.

    Best regards,
    Greetings from Switzerland.

    Dominique.

I’m seeing the same problem, but with a different plugin: WP Attachments. Deactivating the plugin resolves the NaN% error.

      Hi, I Work Here

      Hi Jenny

Thanks for reporting this conflict. I’ll send the plugin name onto Greg, he’ll get in contact with the developer and see if we can’t resolve the conflict.

    Same problem, but different plugin.
My issue is with “Comprehensive Google Map Plugin”.
    Cheers.
