Page Builder does not appear in pages?

Aswell as having a constant problem with when I try publish anything new my page says “”This website is unavailable ERR_CONNECTION_RESET”” but now my pagebuilder is constantly disappearing and reappearing…

I haven’t been able to do anything for weeks now and its really starting to annoy me..

I will go into my pages and click on a page I want to edit and page builder will not appear and will look like a don’t even have the plugin, I have deactivated it and reactivated it and it sometimes works after I do this but not all the time and to be honest it rarely works if I do this, I have also tried to delete it and reinstall it but when I go to delete it the page will take a while to load and then say “this website is unavailable ERR_CONNECTION_RESET”

I really feel like I should give up but im just hoping someone will help me with this because I feel like I should not even bother any more its that annoying.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ria

Sorry to hear you’ve run into trouble.

Go to SettingsPage Builder and ensure the Pages checkbox is enabled in the first tab. If it is you can move onto running a plugin conflict test. Here is how:

Try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

With regards to your connection reset error. There seems to be varied feedback on how to solve that or what might be the cause. You can view some of those threads here. An easy place to start might be to increase the PHP memory available to WordPress to 256. You can reach out to your hosting company and ask they do that for you.
