Page Builder, create tiled mosaic layout for content

Hello,
I am not sure if I am using the correct terms here but I am trying to achieve this layout:

I tried adding a row with 3 containers and then add 2 new rows in the last container but the content in the last container is in a new row. Is there a proper way of doing this or a plugin that could help achieve the result ?
