I’ve added a row that is ‘Full width stretched’.

It has a background image (set to ‘cover’) which I’d like to scale down to the width of the mobile/cell screen.

Currently it scales up fine, but it seems as if it scales down to the original file width and doesn’t reduce further.

What would be the correct way to adjust this. I don’t mind tinkering with code etc.

Many thanks.

I realised the behaviour I was explaining is what the ‘cover’ element does. Sorry!

I basically wanted to show a 1024px wide image (as a background) on desktop and show the same image at 640px on mobile.

I couldn’t work out a way to change the image at the specified breakpoint in page builder. Is that possible?

The work around I have used is saving out 2 background images, creating a class in my CSS file and setting the background image in that. I can then change it using a media query.

The only issue is the background isn’t changeable via the Admin area of WordPress.

Is there another way to do what I’ve described using Page Builder?

    Many thanks.
