Page Builder – Cover image width on mobile

I’ve added a row that is ‘Full width stretched’. It has a background image (set to ‘cover’) which I’d like to scale down to the width of the mobile/cell screen. Currently it scales up fine, but it seems as if it scales down to the original file width and doesn’t reduce further. What would be…
