hello,
it seems that we install WPML it conflcts with pagebuilder in a way that the page content is not displaying on the screen for the end-user.
is there something to do about it?
we have now uninstalled WPML, but we need it very much…
big thanks :)
Hi Adit
We’ve just done a fair bit of testing with WPML and can successfully translate Page Builder pages but do need to manually translate each page.
If on first activation, you’re immediately seeing a problem, please try the following:
1. Run all pending updates.
2. De-activate all plugins but leave WPML and Page Builder activated. Re-test.
3. If you’re still seeing a problem, re-test with a new page. Create a page and translate it.
thank you,
we don’t need to translate the pages that are built in page-builder. the problem is not the translation, but in the fact that once we install WPML, pagebuilder stops working. meaning, pages that are built waith pagebuilder appear empty on the screen.
we we’ll try your instructions again and let you know if it’s working :)
Thanks for the feedback here. Please go-ahead and check for a three way plugin conflict. So test with just Page Builder and WPML installed.
If you still have a problem please confirm exactly which WPML plugin you’re using, my understanding is there is more than one. The version we tested with is:
sitepress-multilingual-cms.3.1.8.4
