I created my site with this page builder and it’s not functioning anymore. I downloaded your pagebuilder off the site. Uploaded and activated it and all the existing widgets on my site are not there. Please help, the old plugin does say ThinkUpThemes compatible and the new one doesn’t.
When I downloaded the page builder from think up themes, there is an error says:
Installing the plugin… Destination folder already exists. /home/poolmart/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/thinkup-panels/ Plugin install failed.

As far as I remember, ThinkUpThemes have created their own fork of our Page Builder. This means the version you were using before wasn’t actually our plugin anymore so it might not be compatible with our current plugin. You’ll need to contact ThinkUpThemes about fixing the issue.
