Page Builder by SiteOrigin does not load my page editor

Hi,
I’m running Page Builder version 2.7.2 and I can no longer edit my pages. I’ve turned off all of my plugins and turned them back on one at a time and I found when Page Builder is on, it does not load the page editor.

Basically I get a blank page when I try to edit any of my pages. I realized this happened after a recent update.

Can someone please look into this.

Thanks,
Clovis

    Hi Clovis

Please, try a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins not made by SiteOrigin in one go. So only Page Builder, Widgets Bundle, and SiteOrigin CSS, if you’re using it, will be activated. Does the issue resolve? If the issue is resolved only then would you reactivate your plugins one by one, after each activation check to see if the issue has re-occurred?

To do a plugin conflict test successfully you first have to find a working baseline, you then add elements back until the problem re-occurs.

Hi, I tried your test and turning off all of my plugins and just leaving the Site Origin Plugins on. It worked and I turned on all my other plugins one by one until I found the issue.
I cannot edit my pages when I have WP Mail SMTP. I used it for mail configurations. My contact form still works. I’ll find another plugin to use or contact their support.
Thank you for you help, I’m glad it’s not your plugin.

Really glad to hear you were able to find the problem. We haven’t been able replicate this conflict yet but if you can switch to an alternative, that’ll work or perhaps their support team can asssist.
