Page builder arrangements doesn’t change after moving from one server to another.

I was working on a localhost on my project, after moving to my web server, wherever i make changes to page builder section of a content, i can’t see the difference even though I see the arrangements changed and saved on the back office. Now if i click on revert to editor, I see the html with the ancient arrangements.

Its kind of freaking me out now. Been with this issue for quite long. Can anyone help please.
