Page Builder and Editor changes not showing on preview

If I try to make visual changes with Page Builder (ie change colour of background ) or Editor (align text, change font etc) it does not show up on preview. Any new text I put in does.

I have uninstalled all my PlugIns and cleared the cache but it’s still not working.

I use the Vantage theme.

Please help!

    Hi Steph

    It’s not possible to edit Page Builder content using the Visual or Text tabs, assuming that’s what you’re referring to. To get a rich text editor for use in Page Builder please try the Visual Editor widget. To get access to this widget first install the following plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for the advice. I have downloaded the widget and have been able to customise the menu as described. When I (for example) centre and embolden a section of text, it does so on the editor but when I select Save it just goes back to the way it was before the changes. Any ideas?

    Please can you send through a link to a page where you’ve bolded text via the Visual Editor widget and let me know which text is set to bold.
