Page builder

Hi Page Builder does not work.
1) update all the plugin and theme in wordpress.
2) Deactivated all plug in

Still not working when i try to change border or colour background nothing happen, and when i press upgrade will reverter all the change as default.

Please help

I run Vantage but no pro version.
