Page Builder 2.4.10 causing 404 errors for Single Products / Categories (woocommerce+polylang)

For a multilingual e-commerce purpose, I freshly installed:

WordPress – 4.5.3
Virtue Premium Theme – 3.7.7
Page Builder by SiteOrigin – 2.4.10
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle – 1.6.2
Yoast SEO – 3.3.4
WooCommerce – 2.6.2
Polylang – 1.9.3
WooPoly* – 1.0.0
etc.

The issue:
When the pretty permalinks option and Page Builder 2.4.10 are active, my single products and product categories pages are unreachable (404 error). The association of Polylang and WooCommerce can bring some troubles, so I spent a while testing different configurations.

Observations:
If I deactivate the Page Builder plugin version 2.4.10, all the pages / products / categories work perfectly in all languages.

My solution for now:
I installed a Page Builder 2.4.9 version I had. It works. No probs with the permalinks.
Page Builder version 2.4.10 seems to cause the problem, but I have no idea why…

*Notice that Woopoly is a version 0.26+ of the plugin Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration that was in the WP repository few days ago.
