Overriding default padding

Hi apologies if this has come up before.

I’m in the middle of laying out a site in pagebuilder and I’m wondering if there is any way to prioritise the row- by-row or widget by widget padding over the default setting? I’d really like to set the defaults to something like 20px, but be able to override this down to 0px when I want to have images sitting directly next to each other. I have absolutely no idea if this is possible, but since I couldn’t see anyone else doing it, I thought I’d better ask.

Thanks

Will

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Will

Default theme styling can make this more complicated than you might first imagine. Global settings are at Settings > Page Builder > Layout. When you edit each row and widget there are further optional Layout settings in the right column. In the case of row and widget padding settings, you can control top right bottom left by inserting four digits:

    10 5 15 20

That would set padding to 10px top, 5px right, 15px bottom and 20px left.

To help further we’d need to inspect the site and specific row/widget you’re looking at.
