Is there a way to make my menu sit at the top of my pages instead of below the header?

It’s unfortunately not possible to move the menu location in Origami using theme settings. Our Vantage theme has an option that allows you to deploy the menu at the top of the page with the logo in the menu:

For sure. Just remember to work in a child theme if you land up editing theme files.
