Hi There

We’re in the process of rebuilding the look and feel of our website built in 2012 using SiteOrigin.

SiteOrigin has been amazing to work with so far, however, we have run into a problem i’m hoping to rectify asap. When setting the container/row to full-width stretch and into the fixed position to allow for the parallax effect to come into play and setting the background image, the image itself loads perfectly fine on any desktop. However, as soon as i try and load the page on any mobile device the image comes through as extremely pixellated.

My question is this: What is the ideal mobile padding parameters we need to use in order to remedy this problem? Current it’s set to default with the desktop padding being set to 150px across the board.

We look forward to your response.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Kind regards
